• 100% currently provide Operational Site Visits (OSVs) and Technical Assistance TA's on behalf of HRSA.

• 100% of our clinical coaches are RN's.
• 2 Total330 coaches participated with HRSA to develop the Site Visit Protocol (SVP), another was recently added to the HRSA Special Projects team.
• 100% are very respected by their peers and customers.
• 100% are experts in public entities and health centers serving diverse and special populations.
• 2 team members have expertise in FTCA.
• 1 team member holds a National Certification in Healthcare Quality.
• 1 team member is a certified HIPAA Compliance Officer.
